2009 Renault Clio dipped headlights flash when i touch or operate indicator stub.

Am having to drive with dipped headlights otherwise i would be flashing other drivers every time i indicate. I also think it is intermittently affecting wiper operation, although obviously have not been using wipers much cos no rain,

Usually caused by a worn switch / stalk
