Keys will not unlock doors remotely in cold weather

No response on any door in cold weather even up to 5degrees ..if frosty have to wait till midday and sun on car before opening.. Even when I get in with key and unlock with button..will have to maybe drive around for 10 minutes before keys will operate doors...then ok for rest of day.. Overnight..same problem

Try manually with the key and see if they work then .

I manually open lock (on passenger side) to access car and get going. After about 10/15 min driving the remote actuator or whatever its called, seems to un freeze and then can use keys to open/close doors.
Someone told me the actuator for this car is somewhere under passenger footwell and may have collected water and frozen overnight ?
