2011 Renault Clio electrical fault light

The fault light came on and has not disappeared after a journey of around 6 miles. There was no change in the car itself in terms of how it drove although there was a slight knocking I could hear outside of the car as I was warming her up not sure if this is related.

If it's the engine management light then you will need to get the car scanned. When was the car last serviced? Check oil.

If you continue to drive the car with fault light on you could cause untold damage . You need to get it checked out and see what has triggered the light and rectify as needed . Could be something routine and simple but until it is scanned you wont know .
