Engine management light flashing

Hi,
My girlfriends engine management light on her clio has started flashing and the car slightly juddering. This only seems to be when the car is idle.
Iv had the diagnostic machine plugged in and the fault came up as coil 1.
Iv changed the coils and also the spark plugs while I was at it.
This doesn't seem to have fixed the problem and the light is still flashing and car juddering.
Please can somebody help me out with what the problem could be.

Your throwing money away!
Stop buying parts that aren't needed.
Even with your vague code all that means is cyl#1isn't firing.
which could be coil wiring,
injector,
or a compression loss.
And note cyl #1 on these engines is at the gearbox end!
Get it scanned,
preferably with Renault "Can clip" diagnostic software.
Which is probably less money than you've spent on parts so far.
