Water in between coil and spark plugs

2006 Renault Clio 1.4 Dinamique Petrol
Car: Renault Clio
Year: 2006
Variant: 1.4 Dinamique Petrol
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
I brought my Renault a few days ago and I drove for a few miles and the engine light kept flashing and the car started to judder. I removed the 4 coils and one have water on top of the spark plugs. I cleaned the water and it was fine until today. The same problem, but when I cleaned the water out of there is still keeps juddering and doesn't have any power anymore. Does anyone know the problem?

Water shorting out coil ?Assuming it is rain water and not coolant ? On some Ford cars it was water from washer jets shorting coils and filling plug holes .
