2003 Renault Clio indicators, wipers, locking occasionally doesn't work

All as mentioned in title all do not work at certain times. There is clicking noise when it happens. I believe it's the relays in glovebox. But unsure which relay needs to be looked at. Any help would be welcomed

Can get water ingress in fuse box under the bonnet on some Clios or on the electrics behind the glove box. When it does it , feel each relay and identify what one that way .
