1996 Renault Clio winning noice

I have just had 3 weel bearings replaced one ath the rear and 2 front ones the front ones fitted today 4th jan 2008 and on the way back i had the same noice i had on the car before the car was repaired is it the same problem or a new one? It dont make a noice till I have driven about 5 miles then it starts could u help me? thanks Mark

has the other bearing already been replaced on the rear as this would be the problem but sounds like it could be something else with you saying that you only hear it after five miles only thing i can say is who did the bearings for you because i would get them just to have another look just incase something has come adrift
