2001 Renault Clio air bag and service light

Car: Renault Clio
Year: 2001
Variant: 1.2 Dynamique (51 Reg)
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Hi for the past few months now I have had the service light and air bag light constantly on in my car. I have tried to remake/solder the connections under the passenger seat and tried looking at the ECU underneath the drinks holder to check for liquid damage in and around the ECU but nothing and the problem still persists! Any ideas?

What about drivers seat connection,s,and have you scanned it to see what the actual fault code is,and it will require erasing also.anyway probably still seat connection issue you may have to fit a resistor as it maybe nearer the sips bag the problem.

The garage that I took it to for mot said to me that fault was showing an open connection and would not close. Would you recommend doing the same to drivers side connections?

May just require the codes erased.
