1993 Renault Clio will not start/key will not work

generally very good runner. Had RAC out when car failed to start - new battery purchaed and all checks were good. An hour later the car would not start, turned over but would not start. Then electronic key failed to open car. Now cannot do anything. Open car manually and car does not even turn over when trying to start.

sorry should read 2003 model not 1993!!

typical rac selling a battery! Is the new one any good or has it not been connected properly

Sounds like a flat battery . Is the alternator charging ? Maybe new battery is a dud .Try a jump start .

It may be worth calling the rac out again after all they didnt seem to resolve your problem
