Clicking passenger side dash board then washers stop working and sometimes the indicators.

When clicking starts most of the time my washers stop working and sometimes my indicators and also drivers side electric window not good when it keeps raining

Sounds like a clicking / sticking relay . Follow the sound and if it is a faulty relay you will feel it clicking .
