My clio whines quite loudly when driving especially around 45-50mph, and makes a grinding sound (coming from up front)when turning. Any ideas ?

is it worse when turning left or right eg if left jack up left side rotate wheels if one noisy wheel bearing prob shot.there are many things that can cause noise more info is reqd
