2001 Renault Clio rear light fuse blowing

the 10 amp fuse keeps blowing when youswitch on the lights as a result the dash board lights go out the n/s rear back light and the registration light , CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

remove all bulbs on this circuit (not dash bulbs)prob 1 front 1 rear and no.plate bulbs.use amp meter or fit fuse.if fuse still blows then prob wire touching body could be anywhere try near lamps then work away.
if fuse ok at this point then (most likly fault)one bulb faulty,usualy blows and element touches earth.if unsure replace 1 bulb at a time till fuse goes that bulb faulty stamp on it fit new.
