2003 Renault Clio starting problem. it doesnt start everytime. please help!

It will very ramdomly decide not to start. it can take a few tries with revving to get it to start. wen this happens it shudders instead of starting. i took it to a mechanic and he said he replaced 3 relays and that was the problem but its still doing it. doesnt matter how long its not been started for it cud be ten minutes and still do it.. please help!

replace the 4th relay
