2004 Renault Clio dash (speedo & rev), tail & number plate lights not working.

Variant: 1.5dci 80

The speedo/rev counter and the rear tail & number plate lights do not work, i have checked fuses and bulbs and all seem to be ok, does anyone have any ideas please.
