Not starting

clio 1.2 wont start turn key only turns over once then stop then once again then stop its been slow turning over bump started ok now starting its not battery i think its the starter solenoid but befor i spend 80 quid on one any Suggestion??

Do make sure the battery is FULLY charged and then check the starter motor connections and the earths to make sure they are clean and tight
