Daughters car has 1 remote key and 1 normal key. If car is central locked with remote key then boot cannot be opened with normal key. Also vice versa if car is opened with remote key then boot cannot be locked with normal key. There is no key aperture on boot . If remote key is elsewhere then this causes a problem with security. Is there something i am missing here .

get another key cut and keep the to keys you have together.

the inner drivers door handle was not working. A horrendous grinding noise can be heard when central locking is used. fault traced to door lock unit. I replaced door lock and all electrical plugs to lock the door overnight. now it wont open. what have i done and how do i unlock the door? the door card is still removed and i can access the inner workings. any solutions?
