i havejust bought a 16v clio,last owner replaced gearbox,the gear box came from a 8v clio engine,hence speedo sensor fittings are different,been told there is nothing i can do.can someone help.clio is a 16v 2001dynamique 1195cc.

Did you not know this before you bought the car ?Did you check the car out and road test it .What is the problems you are having now ?

i did not know about gearbox being changed when i bought the car ,the seller did not tell me about the gearbox. i now have the preheating warning light coming on,

i did not know about the gearbox change ,the seller did not tell me at the time of the sale he had changed the gearbox, i now have the pre heating warning light coming on.what can i do to repair these faults,or can they be fixed,
