my sister bought this car this week and when idle seems working really good but when se drove it on the highway ata certain speed the car wont accelerate when pedal is down to the floor and from inside the car you can hear the turbo working but after a while it sounds like a fan and the engine halt,the engine heaters and oil is lighting up in dashboard,can you help me please as i live in another country and my sister dont know anything about cars :)

first check theres plenty of oil in the egine then check for leaking /burst turbo hose.Then check if the turbo is producing boost by holding an outlet hose while someone rev,s the engine.Hopefully these pointers will help.

hi thanks for your answer,we took she took the car to a renault mechanic and he said that the engine coolant has to be changed because the engine is overheating and is causing this fault,do you think its the case?
