Noisy engine

Hi there. My Clio is very noisy near the Fan belt area and gets louder as you accelerate. Sometimes it stops but not for long. A rattling noise or as if something is trapped and rubbing against something. Can you help please?

the dephaser pullies are common for failing and rattling.
