Intermittently stop working and won’t close even when car is locked. Is this a control switch/wiring problem in the driver door?

On a lot of cars you can get damage to wiring inside the rubber boot or further where it passes from the A frame into door at hinges / check strap , causing intermittent touching or breaks

Hi iv got issue with driver side window it won't go back up its stuck try resetting it nothing all the rest are find can anyone help with this renult capture
