2010 Proton Persona central locking and alarm not working

Hi, The central locking is just click,click,clicking but not locking. When the driver's door button is forced down it just pops up again, I have disconnected all the door locks but the clicking is still coming from the silver control box located behind the glove box on the passenger's side. Also the alarm will not activate and its red dash light is staying on even when the car is driving, the interior light and the radio have also stopped working, I have checked all the fuses under the bonnet and in the car both visually and with a multi meter and they are fine also checked wiring looms for defects but none detected. Any advice greatfully accepted.
