2011 Peugeot RCZ i have lost both sets of my car keys
Year: 2011
Variant: 200 gt
Hi all,
After an interesting conversation with my previous girlfriend she though it would be amusing to throw my car keys into the meadway river.
i just wondered about the following.
how to obtain a set of keys ? "cheaply"
how to programme the keys ? "cheaply"
also how and where to get the keys cut ?
im trying to save on costs as im going to need to put a bit aside for a new flat

Because the car is nearly new i dont see you having any other option than going to the peugeot dealer

Forgot to ask if you have key cover on your insurance policy

ask a few boat owners if they have a sea searcher magnet you could borrow with a length of thin rope. these things are amazingly strong and it may take a bit of time but you will eventually get your keys back as long as you saw roughly where they went in of course. To buy one is about £30

Hi, amongst your car documents, there should be section that has your key number (along with radio code etc). If not, the dealer may have the key number.
As a footnote, i have had keys supplied and cut and programed by Timpsons (as in shoe repairs) for around £70

the key/ keys will need to be programmed so they can work. a dealer should be able to get key numbers etc from the chassis/ reg number. I would think it may be a bit more than £70 from a shoe shop!!

no, honest. I`ve got the receipt. They are really good, cheap and helpful. The guy even came out of the shop to programme it for me!

the keys will need to be ordered to chassis number. then programmed to the car this will need to be done at main dealer and the cost will probably be more than £70 unfortunately.
