Intermittent loss of sound and reverse sensor sounds ....everything goes into mute. I have tried to remove battery connection but no luck! It used to reset on its own in the past two cases. But this is 3rd time and it has lasted for weeks...

Test your battery voltage after lying overnight , if low you can charge or replace the battery if needed as this is a possible cause
