Turbo failed 4 weeks out of warranty need to know if this is a common problem?

Hi guys,

just trying to find out if there are any known or inherent faults with the peugeot 5008 i have as i am currently looking at a £1000 bill 4 weeks after my warranty has finished.

if i can show there are inherent problems with the engine/turbo i will be covered by the EU directive, sales of goods act.

I originally took the car to peugeot in the warranty period as it was idling at about 7-800 rpm and kept juddering when moving off and i was getting a loss of power when accelerating @ about 50 mph. they had it a week in the garage and it came back no different.

over the ensuing months the problem was the same then one day approx 4 weeks later an anti pollution fault came on, i thought it would be a filter so i booked it in with peugeot before i took it in the car went in to limp mode and i realised i had a bigger problem.

i am currently trying to get them to offer good will as the problem started in warranty, any help will be gratefully received,
