2001 Peugeot 406 brakes sticking on

I noticed the other day when driving my car that the brake pedal was staying down after i had released it ive checked brake fluid and that seems to be ok any suggestions some one mentioned it could be servo any other views (if it is servo any one know what sort of price im looking at for repairs
