1999 Peugeot 406 mayo

hi, Im just checking,there is mayo on my oil filler cap, the engine is not over heating,its not using any water and the oil looks ok on the dip stick
I only clock up 4 miles a day would the short trips do this?

Looks like just normal condensation as not losing water or overheating .Short journeys where engine doesn't get really warm , makes it worse . Common on lots of makes especially with cold weather .
