hi, how easy is to change the wiper stalk

undo the nut on the wiper spindle and gently wiggle the wiper arm untill it starts to move,make sure you refit wiper arm back in same position

Is it not the wiper stalk on column you mean ??

remove steering wheel cowling undo two torx ten screws and pull wiper stalk off off column
