my battery died. now my radio wont come on. i hope it just needs the code entered again. how do i do it??

you should be able to find the code in the documents you would have recieved with the car along with servicing booklet etc...if not phone any peugeot dealership and they should be able to help. usually for free!

the radio is coded with the chassis number!

yes that is true, which is why it is easiest to get the reset code from a dealer as all info of every vehicle is recorded. usually giving your reg is all the info they will require to find the correct code.

as i said the code is the chassis number and has to be configured via a laptop!
