can any one help,I`ve just changed the top hose and themostat bolted it back but losing water from top of the housing against engine I cleaned both faces and used blue sealant but cannot stop leak

check the housing for cracks. is there o rings in housing. if both ok there shouldnt be any reason that i can think of that would cause it 2 leak other than wat i said to check

Check thermo. housing face with a straight edge ?
