1998 Peugeot 406 hazard warning lights and indicator lights not working

Hazard warning lights fuse blew, replaced it, then indicators and hazard warning stopped working but fuses have not blown this time. My brake lights have also stopped working. After shutting the boot lid last night its locked itself and can't get into the rear of mine at all !Guess its all realated ?

All other electrics are working ok.

check all fuses again . may have a couple of broken wires in between car body and tailgate in the two rubber sheaths that join the two
