2000 Peugeot 406 knocking from the front

there is a knocking coming from the front of my 2000 peugeot 406, when i turn the steering. sometimes the car pulls to the left and feels bouncy too. any ideas???

You got to get it jacked up ang checked out . Could be s/absorber / coil spring / wheel bearing / c/v joint etc. etc.
