Hi,i have a 406hdi 110 on a 2002 plate,car had its major service 1000miles ago,oil filter,cambelt,fuel filter etc,car has 106,000k on clock.problem is it seems to lack power on acceleration on hills and under load.Runs really smooth but if i ease off throttle then push peddle down quickly it feels as if nothing happens then all of a sudden it feels like the turbo kicks in and it will then go,please help,thanks Dave.

After recently getting the major service and cam belt replaced ,I would go back to garage and let them have a quick check . Otherwise just guessing i.e EGR valve ?
