Radiator fans not cutting in

hi , my problem is that my radiator fans will not kick in when te,p rises.

i have had the electrics checked fuse boxes etc checked , relays switches checked.

i 2day have had the fan along with wiring changed to no avail


PLEASE SOMEONE HELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP

then i suspect the ECU is faulty. the ECU is the fan switch. the temp sensor in the stat housing tells the ECU the temp of the engine and also works the gauge in the car, when the temp reaches a predetermined value the ECU then tells the fans to work. if all other components have been properly checked and tested,and there is no faulty wiring, then other than having possibly seized fans, the ECU is the only component left... hope this helps!!
