Peugeot 406 coded anti-start protection system

I change my fuel injectors, but now the anti-start protection system lights will not change from Red to Green for the solenoid to open so that I can bleed the system, when I put in my 4 digit code, the light usually changes from red to green then I can start the car, but now it just sits there with the both lights on, I have tried putting it in service mode, my 4 digits, press S, but no matter what I do, nothing changes, the unit only beeps when entering the code, I tried putting in the wrong code to get a response from the unit, But it don't continuously beep when the wrong code is entered, it just sits there with the 2 lights on, I also disconnect the ECU for over night, no different, Is there any information that you can help me to get this unit to change over from red to green please, your help would be so much appreciated Just for your info, I am not in the UK, I am living and working overseas Awaiting on your reply Best regards
