Coded anti-Start protection system

I change my fuel injectors, but now the anti-start protection system lights will not change from Red to Green for the solenoid to open so that I can bleed the system, when I put in my 4 digit code, the light usually changes from red to green then I can start the car, but now it just sits there with the both lights on, I have tried putting it in service mode, my 4 digits, press S, but no matter what I do, nothing changes,
the unit only beeps when entering the code,
I tried putting in the wrong code to get a response from the unit, But it don't continuously beep when the wrong code is entered, it just sits there with the 2 lights on,
I also disconnect the ECU for over night, no different,
Is there any information that you can help me to get this unit to change over from red to green please, your help would be so much appreciated

As your abroad I'm unsure of the spec of that vehicle.
If it were here might be different.
Anyway as far as I know there's no "Coding" for injectors on that engine.
Your system is a four number key entered code,
The precursor to modern chip/key systems.
Basically an anti theft system.
It's a long shot but put the old injectors back in,
Though I can't see how that would have any effect
on an anti theft system.
After that it'd be plugging in Peugeot planet diagnostics and running a full scan.

check the wires at the back of the keypad as they were prown to breaking

Many Thanks for your replys guys, I manage to find the problem, it was a wire touching another on the key pad itself, and that cause a fuse to blow,
