2004 Peugeot 406 prolong starting

At the beginning of this problem was that the engine refuse to start, I now discover that it displayed ignition key on the dashboard, then it was scanned, the engine start to respond, it will only start when the ignition key is not display on the dashboard, sometimes it respond immediately and sometimes it will be a prolong starting before the engine respond atime I will have to open the fusebox in the bonnet and press down some of the fuse and the cables before the engine respond.

Sounds like you need to replace fuse box .
