fuel consumption, hard start and steaming problem pls help.

Get it scanned by Peugeot Planet diagnostics,
So main dealer or local Pug specialist.
Other scanners are less than accurate.
Fuel consumption and hard starting could be down to a coolant temperature sensor.
And I'd need more details about the "steaming" to guess.
