1999 Peugeot 406 car not startin

my car would nt supply current to the nozzles and the fuel pump but there is current in other parts of the car..pls could it be the fuelpump relay or the brainbox pls i need help my car has being down for 3 months now .

Is the rev counter moving when you crank it?
If not it could be the crank angle sensor.
