When i started the car it will start vibrating and cannot move and the power is ceasing. some time is ok and can stop any moment and some times will be ok for a week.

Maybe a misfire or engine management issue you would need to get it scanned for a code.

When did you last have the car fully serviced ?

could be sticking cam followers, make sure your oil level is correct also
