Entire Aircon Dead!

My 406 was packed for 3months. After returning, the aircon switch board died. Nothing comes on. The entire A/C system does work. Cant come on and does not light up. Peugeot service center confirmed the compressor to be okay and every other thing. But they said it could be the switch ICU.. Can this be fixed or any other solutions..? Need help ASAP. Thanks Guys!!!
