Exess pressure in coolant pipes

When i start car about 5mis running coolant pipes are solid with pressure.I removed the thermostat but no diffrence the temp on gaude stays at 90 when i remove cap loads of pressure comes out

If I recall correctly that engine runs a coolant pressure of 15-20 psi.
That's pretty high and makes the hoses pretty hard to the feel.

possible head gasket , key eye on coolant levels and oil level , check for water oil mix in coolant
