1996 Peugeot 406 fault indicatores various problems

Car is in limp mode, engine warning light on, plugged into outside computer and this tells us that there is a gate fault, does anyone know what gate this is? and how to remedy it? as i have not got a clue, also anti pollution light flashes in car computer and have fitted new fuel filter, oil filter and air filter, how can i remedy this fault? please help or car gets a good hiding. Thanks.

What exsctly are the fault codes and what do they say, Do you mean the wastegate as i hav'nt come across your description before

on car anti pollution fault flashes, engine manegement light on plug in to computer via socket on dash fault reads just gate thanks
