2021 Peugeot 3008 hybrid battery mileage

When battery fully charged only getting 16 to 17 miles, was 32 to 34 miles. Peugeot garage checked and told its a cold weather problem but my car is kept in a heated garage !

It's not where it's kept , it's the working environment and conditions that affect it .
