2011 Peugeot 3008 i have a squeak coming from the dash drivers' side right . like something is rubbing

Could be anything , impossible to say from here and a lot more info on when it happens . You need to get under the dash and trace where it's coming from if it can be replicated when stationary . You can also get dash squeak spray

I reckon its the strut mount. I have had the exact same noise in the same place. 4 garages told me they didn't know what it was, I evem suggested the strut mount and was told no chance it was that. On the fifth garage I explained everything, suggested the strut mount and they agreed. Changed the mount over and squeeking has gone untill it happened on the other side lol good luck x

Hi Lisa I think you are right I managed to spray some 3in1 oil on the small bearing at the top of the strut as a test and so far it seems to have stoped. So as soon as I can it will go to the garage to have the job done. Thanks
