Get your car battery LOAD tested and voltage checked as a first step before getting too involved . Most fast fit centres or likes of Halfords usually do testing free off charge

Already done that, main dealership has told me it's the radio receiver at fault it controls all the items I mentioned

Just got same fault on mine .. what did it cost you to fix it if you don't mind me asking
