Flywheel on my 3008 is coming loose - AGAIN

Flywheel on my 3008 is coming loose for the SECOND time after Peugeot supposedly repaired it. Not impressed. This must be poor design and/or workmanship. No way should this sort of thing happen

If it's the DMF , could check if solid mass flywheel conversion kit is available instead
