Auto shuddering when changing gear

Hi my 3008 auto is shuddering whilst changing gear up not down,
the car has the gear box which can be driven auto manual or flappy padel
It doesn't happen all the time but is happening more now every few days
1st gear fine 2nd pretty normal but going into third or fourth its a pain will shudder engine noisy at the same time only occurs going up not down but it shudders with such force it throws the car also rather unnerving but as I said it will do it then behave for a few days then start again.
The car is a 60 plate covered 62k and is fully serviced.
I took it to my local garage first few time s it happened but it wouldn't do for them and they couldn't find a problem now its happening more frequently I plan to take it back Monday but any ideas much appreciated

Needs hooked up to Peugeot software diagnostics and a scan on the gearbox done.
Most other diagnostics wont pick up or even be able to scan the ECU.

sounds like your torque convertor not working correctly they hav a lock up in them

I am assuming the gearbox is a piloted manual box.It could be a problem with the clutch actuator but without having a diagnostic scan carried out just guessing at the problem,
