Peugeot 207 Ignition Coil Problems

Since last posting multiple garages have tried to solve the problem, end result is abs/esp unit cannot communicate. All this from having my clutch changed. What can I do to fix this?

My 2012 peugout 207, upon starting the check engine light came on, car wont rev past 2000rpm and will start to lurch backwards and forwards at around 50kmph

Car was sat for 2 weeks. Went to start and it only just turned over. Then cold hit and nothinh.. changed battery for new one. Now full power on dash but no lights , no engagement, no wipers. Just lights on dash omly. Is this just a electric...
