Poor starting, air in fuel line

2007 Peugeot 207 1.4HDI
Car: Peugeot 207
Year: 2007
Variant: 1.4HDI
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Vehicle somtimes really difficualt to start, either cold or hot when left parked for several hours. Looks like air in the fuel line and not bleeding out. Have replaced fuel filter and was slightly better.

Nothing you can do but try and find where it's drawing air from assuming you changed the seals when filter replaced .

It's possible , got to check all the fuel lines, and the connections .

Well fuel filter replaced and prefilled with fuel before fitting, Completly removed air intake and checked fule lines and nothing worn through or damp suggesting a leak. Inspected fuel line all the way back to the tank. Two of the injestors look wet, not oil. No obvious carbon build up i would expect to see if the seals were blowing past but air is getting in somewhere? Do these suffer with either injector seals or fuel pump issues? You would tink with the volume of air i am seeing it wouls be obvious.
The only way to get fuel up is to such hard, which is no soultion and tastes disgusting :-)
The small pump primer is about as much use as a choolate tea pot.
Thanks

Injector seals leaking are a very common fault . Here are some ideas from forum
