Constant live feed to starter motor solonoid, caused motor to burn out

Initially, starter motor failed and was replaced, following severe wet weather starter motor failed again, found to have a constant live feed to the starter solonoid when ignition was switched on, suspect water ingress to BCI control unit under fuse box
