Water in drivers side footwell

Lots of water under bonnet need to drain the scuttle drain but can't find the one on the drivers side, have drained and located the passenger side. Can I access the drivers side without taking the wipers and grid off

I think it just under the wiper motor , simple job to remove the wiper motor and arm mechanism to get better access and clear .
